Savannah turned 12 Monday!
In our little world that makes Savannah a Young Woman! :)
Savannah picked Noodles and Company for the first thing she did for her birthday week. Now children bring me much entertainment sometimes. For example... Noodles and Co. had installed a BRAND SPAKIN' new soda machine. The kids were in utter and complete AWE!
Suddenly it seemed like I was being asked by 900 children with excited squeaky high voices, if they could have a soda cup. When I asked for one soda cup and a bunch of water cups, the lady looked at me like I was CRAZY. I told the lady it was one of my daughters birthday's and it is her special dinner and it was tradition that she get a big soda with her yummy noodles.
Now I still couldn't believe the commotion over this soda machine. As we waited for Daddy to meet us, I went to turn to Jacob and ask him if he could BELIEVE how much attention this machine was getting.
Well Jake was outside. On his phone. Calling his friend to tell him about the new soda machine! Really?!!!!
So do I feel like a heel for not getting everyone one or what?! Apparently a fully digital soda fountain, that you control and add the flavors to, in any combination, is something that must be enjoyed by all!!! :)
Savannah is the only kid who chooses something else. She likes the buttered noodles with Parmesan. Yummy too!
Savannah attended the her first mutual last night. They had a Halloween party, and she came home from school on Monday to find a big sign by the kid door from her BFF! (Her BFF has a great mom, because her mom had to have been the one to hang it during a school day!)

Now I really want mac and cheese. Thanks. We're not doing mac and cheese at our house this month. (Getting ready for Thanksgiving.)
